We understand that plans change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy — just give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Yes. For Medi-Cal and Kaiser members, we provide superbills and can help you navigate the reimbursement process. For other insurance providers, we'll provide the documentation you need to submit a claim.
